    Ordering and shipping

    How long does it take to ship orders?

    It depends on the order and the destination country. The average preparation time is 3 days.

    Delivery time for shipments in Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) is approximately 48–72 hours.

    For international shipments outside Spain, delivery depends on the local postal service of the destination country. For major destinations in Europe, delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days. For major destinations in the Americas, it is 5–8 business days.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We ship to all EU countries: Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Estonia, Greece, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Cyprus, Slovenia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, and Romania

    We also ship to: United States, Iceland, Norway, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

    How can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to you so you can check your package’s status at any time.

    What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

    Sometimes the package may get held at customs in the destination country. Check your tracking page for more information.

    If the order appears as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your local postal office, as it may have been held there if you weren’t home during delivery.

    Can I pick up the order in person?

    If you're in or around Barcelona, you can pick up your order in person and save on shipping costs. Contact me to request the details for in-person pickup.

    Do you make custom products on request?

    Yes. To do so, contact us at info@lamarieta.shop or use the contact form on the website and let us know what you’re looking for.

    How can I request an invoice for my purchase?

    Send me an email at info@lamarieta.shop with your order number and billing information.

    Can I return a product if I don't like it?

    You can request a refund 48 hours after receiving your order. However, the shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be issued once the product has been returned and confirmed to be in good condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?

    If a product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a full refund. To validate the request, you must provide photos clearly showing the defect or damage.

    Do you offer a warranty on your products?

    Generally, our products do not include a warranty. However, if you experience any issue with one of my products, feel free to contact me at info@lamarieta.shop so I can help you find a solution.

    Can I cancel an order after it has been paid?

    Yes. You can cancel your order free of charge within 4 hours of purchase, provided that production has not started.
    After that period, if the product has not yet been customized or produced, we will try to stop the process and issue a full or partial refund depending on the production status.
    To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@lamarieta.shop and include your order number.

    What happens if I want to import a product from outside the EU?
    Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
